User unable to sign in with Federated ID

Hello everyone,

 

I've run into an interesting issue with one user having trouble with Federated IDs. All other users at my organization who have tried logging in at this point have had no problems, but one user has consistently run into the same issue each time. They get to the point where they are prompted for an Adobe ID or an Enterprise ID, which is different from what other users see (Company or School ID instead of Enterprise), then once entering the proper credentials, they end up at a screen saying "Please connect to the Internet and retry". I verified the clock is correct, and that their connection is established. They even got the same error when trying to log in to the Adobe website using their Fed ID.

 

Has anyone run into the same issue, and found a fix?

What messages did you get when you checked the Federated ID logs in the Admin Console?
