Using Calculate Function, having a $ included with the decimal and disp but no print on blank form

Hello,
I am trying to construct an expense sheet that will add up the totals, keep a running total on the side and then a grand total at the bottom that all include the $ the . and will not print when 0 or no data is entered nor have all the running total boxes fill in with the first running total box if no data is entered. I have included the document as well as a some pictures describing what I would like to do. Please let me know if it is possible.
