Question

Wie ändere ich das in Acrobat Pro XI dauerhaft ?:

in den Voreinstellungen den Verfasser von Identität "Anmeldename" in einen standartmässige Einstellung in der der Verfasser = dem Name entspricht.

So dass dies bei jeder erstellten PDF-Datei oder abgeänderter Datei automatisch der Verfasser gleich dem Name in den Voreinstellungen erscheint (und nicht der Anmeldename).

You cannot change the login name since this is the login name you used to login to your system or system's network and is only modifiable by the system or logging off and then logging on under a new user name.

For comments you can change the "author" for the comments as noted above.

Go to Edit - Preferences - Commenting and tick off the box that says "Always use log-in name for author name". Then edit one of your comments, change the author to something else, and tick the box to make the current properties the new defaults.

Any comment (of that type) you will add after that will have the new name by default.
