Version 2023.003.20284 - How to change unusable layout

The new positions of all toolbars are unusable for me.  I'm right-handed and they're all on the left side.  There is no Navigation Pane that I can find (even though I checked Show Navigation Pane in Preferences, I still can't see it).  I also need the Ribbon.   Does anyone know how to (1) move the toolbars to where they work well for the user (whether from side to side, or side to top, or from side to bottom); (2) find the Navigation Pane; (3) make the Ribbon viewable; and rearrange the tools on the Quick Access Bar.  I've right clicked on all toolbars and haven't found a right menu with options.  I’ve added all my needed tools to the Quick Access Bar, but they’re unusable on the left side and buried under three dots.  I work well with a Ribbon, Quick Access at the top, Navigation Pane on the left, and the general tool categories on the right.  I work extensively in this program – editing, adding, highlighting, commenting, cropping, inserting.  Click, click, click, page down, page down, click, click to access a tool and perform one function!  Unless I can resolve these problems, my efficiency will be cut in half.  I don't want to Disable new Acrobat, as I always want to use the latest technology, and I don't know what I'll get.   But this is the most user-unfriendly version of Acrobat I've ever used.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The answer is "no" and "yes."

No, you cannot switch or move the layout around. It is what it is.

However, see this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/why-change-everything/m-p/14035242#M425921

Thank you.  I voted.  I'll try going back to the older Adobe version.  Fingers crossed it'll be the last version before this version.
