How do I transfer my pro account to the discounted pro account for Veterans Advantage?

I'm trying to figure that out as well.  I just found out Veterans Advantage added the 20% off discount for Acrobat Pro DC back in August.  I've had that plan for about 2 years and damn it my subscription is on autopay.

That's really a customer support question. 

However...

If your account is a perpetual license, you can't really cancel it unless you purchased it in the last 30 days (not sure of the exact timeline).

If your license is a subscription, you can log into your account and cancel it, but you might not save anything if you subscribed for an entire year. There may be a cancellation penalty.
