Hej

Jag har provat allt, har nu jobbat med Acrobat i flera år, har aldrig stött på detta.
Har provat från flera olika nätverk.
Men det gäller bara den som är nedladdad i min dator.
Allt fungerar fint på den nätbaserade.

Jag är administrator på min egen dator så klart.

Jag får panik när jag inte kan ta på problemet.

The Adobe forum system can translate your post, but will of course not translate the screen shot, so I don't know what error message you are seeing. It seems to be about a licensing issue. For those, you usually have to get in touch with Adobe's customer support. They are the only ones who understand how licensing is working, and can see what is happening on their own back end when you try to retrieve a license.
