View Adobe PDF results" not working

Windows 11, Office 365, Acrobat Pro 2023.006.20380.  Until recently, When I saved a Word document as a PDF, the PDF opened.  As of a few days ago, it stopped working.  I read in other posts about uninstalling using an Adobe Cleaner tool and reinstalling (which worked for the author of the post), but the link for that tool is inactive.

Hi there

Is this a personal computer or an IT managed Work computer? As suggested in the ticket number, please try to contact your IT admin at work and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes,

Regards

Amal

Unfortunately, they are pretty clueless when it comes to Adobe products. I did find an acceptable workaround by printing to the Adobe PDF printer.

Hi @Jodi23838066h939

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing workflow/steps you are doing to create the PDF from the Word document? A small video recording of the steps and the issue would be very helpful.

Save as PDF is the MS process of PDF creation, please try to create the PDF from the Acrobat ribbon present in the MS Word toolbar and see if that works.

If you are saving as Adobe PDF, please make sure you have checked the box for 'View Result ' as shown in the screenshot below:

Let us know how it goes.

I do have "View results" checked.  In Word, I select File and save as Adobe PDF. I spent several hours in a support session yesterday without any positive results.  The support professional narrowed it down to Adobe Print to PDF.  The ticket remains active, and I'll share any progress that we make.
