Visual Basic window pop-up...Adobe Acrobat related

Good evening,

When I open MS Word of MS Powerpoint only (this does not happen when opening MS Excel), the following window pops up twice.

Kindly review the attached image(s).

My system information is as follows:

Apple M3 Pro

macOS: Sequoia 15.1

Kindly advise how I can prevent these pop-ups.
