Uso Acrobat Pro DC para Mac, y para visualizar archivos de planos un poco pesados va extremadamente lento. Creo que puede ser un problema de configuración, porque los mismos archivos los muevo rapidísimo en el Ipad por ejemplo. Cómo puedo arreglarlo?

Hope you are doing well.

For the file you are referring to above, what is the file's size and source? Also, do you use the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application on iPad to view the same file?

On your Mac, please check the following:

1- Acrobat DC's version click on Adobe Acrobat>About Adobe Acrobat (Mac)

ensure you have the recent version 22.002.20212 installed. To check the update, Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)

To download the patch manually, more information about this release is here: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

 

2- Navigate to Acrobat> Preferences> Page Display> check "Show Large Images">OK

3- Please check with another file that is quite similar to this one and see if that has the same performance issue.
