Watermark not showing up when export to PDF from Word with Acrobat feature.

Question

I have a letter head with a watermark I used as a header. When I use the export Acrobat feature, the letter prints out without the watermark. However, if I print and save as a PDF the watermark shows up. Is there a setting I need to check to make sure people who used this letterhead template doesn't run into issues?

Was the PDF created initially by You? Is it possible for you to share the file with us? With the limited information available, it is hard to answer.

I quickly tested the scenario, and it works fine at our end.
