Since Wednesday morning 8/12/20, everytime I open a (pdf) I get this message. 

"We can't reach the Adobe serviers".  This may be because you're not connected to the internet. (I am connected). Check you connection and try again below.  When I "try again", "Sorry, Acrobat DC has encounted an error and ne

 

 

I log into my account, and my subscription is current.Getting very frustrated

Same thing here.  I tried the Chat help, I have been transfered between 3 departments, waiting on the 4th, almost an hour now.  Why can't adobe post a solution.

Same thing is happening to me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, tried updating this date/time thing their knowledge base suggests... Keeps happening.

Hi,

 

Apologies for the trouble you had using Acrobat. Could you please share some log files from your machine with us to analyze the issue you are facing.

Please use Adobe log collector tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html ) to share the logs.

Download the tool on your machine , run it & upload the log files to Adobe. 

Please share the log file name uploaded to Adobe.
