Good morning, they sent me a link to download some files and a window appears with the following message:

 

"We're still getting this shared copy ready. Try refreshing after a few seconds."


but it can never be downloaded, could you help me?

Happening to me, too, either on chrome in windows or chrome on android.  It's been over a year for you, was the file ever ready?

Has there been any solution to this?

 

My team and I are having the same problem.

Link is created but it seems the pdf isn't uploading to the Creative Cloud storage.

What is your OS and version, what is your Acrobat and version?

I am getting the same been a few hours. I got the link via email a click it or paste into either Chrome or Safari on MacOS, Big Sur version 11.7.10
The link looks like:
https://acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:{some GUID}

Any tips? I get the same if I am logged into Adobe Acrobat online or logged off.

I also tried on Windows 10 Enterprise on Chrome and Edge and the same, so its not a client machine issue, possible an issue uploading to the Adobe servers or transport.
