Web Acrobat EXPORT PDF in "IN PLAN" but account is treated as without plan with trial status.

If the service is "in plan", how do I use it past the trial user status as shown below?

This is a deal breaker and misleading sales imo.  Anyone else miffed by this illusion?  Any solutions?  I attempt the convert from the web logged in to my account.  Got one document converted and no more,  it's not a trial folks, it is IN MY PLAN, right?
