Hi,

I just bought Acrobat Pro 2017 from Amazon that says: "Platform: No Operating System" (It hasn't arrived yet) Wondering what would that mean? I am using Windows 7 pro and would like to use Adobe Acrobat in windows ? Will I be able to use it ? Will there be any compatibility issues ? Thanks in advance.

Correct answer Test Screen Name

The US (but not Canadian) Amazon seems to make it clear it’s Windows. And sold direct by Amazon: should be good to go.

If you purchased the subscription it can be used on either platform. If you purchase the permanent license it must be for Mac or Windows. Can you link to the Amazon product page? Unfortunately Amazon sellers also supply many counterfeit products.
