What's happened to Adobe Acrobat XI Pro?

My computer downloaded an update on 25 August 2017 to Version 11.0.22.

Since then all my files, Adobe and Word, take ages to Print.

And I can't find any reference to updates for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro on the official Adobe site.

Are we expected to buy one of the new Adobe Acrobat versions to get around slow downs?

I am not sure, but you might want to log a service request with Adobe immediately. The end of support for Acrobat XI is on October 15, 2017, which is approaching fast.

Thanks Jane. I have received an email from the Adobe Help Desk as well. Emma will arrange for a tech to phone me and help me sort it through. Just in the nick of time seeing the support is soon to finish.
