When printing a fillable form, the items I typed only prints. Not the form (Mac, Sierra)

When I attempt to print a fillable form, the printer only prints what I've typed not the rest of the form.  I tried printing on two different printers with the same outcome.  I logged onto another computer and printed fine.  I have the latest version of adobe.  Ideas?
