When I print a PDF from my computer all of the spacing in the sentences are removed.  I emailed it to some one to run a test print and it printed out with spaces.  I am not sure what settings I need to fix on my computer.  PLEASE HELP!!! I have tried searching and have not found anyone with this problem.

Thank you.

We have three computers that are doing the same thing.  Two are using Acrobat Reader and one is using Adobe Acrobat.

Ran the update and it says that there are no updates available.

All are running on windows 10.

It only happens when we print from one particular client.

No we have not tried printing from other applications but we have tried on older windows version and those print fine.

Hi paolam8310,

Could you please let me know the application you are trying to print in- Adobe Acrobat/Acrobat Reader?

What is the version of the application?

You may refer to the following link for the same: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Check if there is an update available for Adobe Acrobat for ex.

Launch Acrobat>click Help>select Check for Updates

Which Operating System is installed on the machine-Mac/Windows?

Does this happen with all the pdfs you try to print?

Have you tried printing from other application?

Awaiting your response.
