When trying to perform various functions in Adobe Acrobat Pro received Forbidden Error

When using Adobe Acrobat Pro - I was trying to insert a signature and receive a Forbidden Error Message. When trying to share a pdf file I click on the envelope to share it and receive a Forbidden Error Message
