When using a prepared Adobe Agreement Template, all fields turn sideways.

Hello,

I have prepared an Adobe Agreement Template. Once preparing, all fields are in their correct location and I save them form with all fields in their correct location. However, once I go to use the form to send it to be completed/signed, all the feilds randomly turn sideways. I thought maybe it saved incorrectly, so I tried editing the agreement template but all fields are correctly horizontal when editing. I have tried re-saving it to see if it was the save as well and that did not help. Every single time I go to use the template, they rotate sideways. It is a 32 page document and every single page does this. I have searched and searched and have not found a solution for this. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
