Where can I reload Acrobat version 12 due to hard drive failure

When I purchased my Dell laptop in June of last year (June 17, 2016), I purchased it with Adobe Acrobat pre-installed on it.

I had a hard disk crash and had to reload Windows 10, but I cannot figure out how to reload my purchased copy of Adobe Acrobat. There is no link on Adobe’s websites where I can reload the version of my software (version 12) which came with my laptop.

My Adobe Account information it does list my software and the associated registration date and product serial number but does not provide a link to reload my software.

As the software was pre-installed on my laptop, I have no disk to reinstall it.

Product Name:  Adobe Acrobat

Cersion:  12

Platform:  Windows 10

Registration Date:  June 17, 2016

Any help on where I can download my specific version then reinstall it would be appreciated.  The product is less than a year and a half old and am surprised there is no website link to download my pre-installed software,

Thanks for the help.

James

There is no such version. Acrobat (and Reader) versions were as follows:

8

9

X (10)

XI (11)

DC (Document Cloud, internally this had version code 15, referring to the 2015 release date)

Ever since, the name 'DC' has been fixed. Only the internal version code has updated.

Thanks for the quick reply!  The version (12) I cited is what shows under my product registration on my account page.  It does not show if it is Acrobat 8, 9, etc. and as I had a disk crash, I cannot look at the program to discern if it is 8 or 9 or ...

I tried downloading the oldest DC installer but it would not accept my product serial number therefore I assumed I needed to download a specific version other than the Acrobat DC I tried earlier as my reload.

Does this mean I need a different product serial number other than the one listed in my account product purchase info?

Again, thanks for any and all help on getting my pre-installed software reloaded and operational,

Update and a thanks...

I contacted Dell support to find out what version of Acrobat was pre-installed on my system and they told me it was Acrobat DX (Standard) or sometimes referred to as Acrobat 2015.

I was then able to download the installer for DC and reinstall it with my registration serial number.

Thanks again for everyone's time and help.
