Where did extract pages go in newest update of Adobe Acrobat Pro (2023)

Hello,
My Adobe Acrobat Pro updated a week or so ago with a completely new layout and I can't seem to find extract pages. It used to be under Organize pages, then there was an extract pages on the top bar I believe. And of course, I can't search the tools either, as I thought that would call it up. Can someone please tell me where this went to? This is the newest update (Adobe Acrobat Pro version 2023.003.20284) on a Mac.

I think I found it, and posting here in case anyone else is having this issue:

- Go to Organize

- select the pages you want to extract

- (on a mac) control + click on the selected pages, and "extract pages" should then sbow up.

Thank you for the ctrl-click instructions - but why on earth take "extract" from the sidebar menu? This is unhelpful.

ONCE YOU ARE IN ORGANIZE PAGES AND HAVE SELECTED THE PAGES TO EXTRACT

RIGHT CLICK AND EXTRACT PAGES APPEARS IN THE MENU

To go back to the old UI click the Options button at the top left corner (Windows) or open the View menu (Mac) and select Disable New Acrobat.

And you can vote here to get rid of it: https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/590923-acrobat-for-windows-and-mac/suggestions/47082691-ditch-the-2023-user-interface-in-acrobat

Thanks, but my question wasn't how do I go back to the old UI. I don't mind the new UI, I just need to know where Adobe hid extract pages.
