Where is Adobe Acrobat DC login information kept?

New Here ,
Mar 31, 2025 Mar 31, 2025

We are deploying Acrobat DC in a VDI environment and would like to not have to have users log into Acrobat each time when they log into their desktop for the day. I have tried copying the Adobe folders from local and roaming but that doesn't apepar to work. Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

I understand your concern regarding user login persistence in a VDI environment. Acrobat DC requires authentication as part of Adobe’s licensing model. If you are using Named User Licensing (NUL) instead of Shared Device License (SDL), users will need to sign in per session unless session persistence is configured correctly.

For further troubleshooting, check Adobe’s VDI deployment guide here https://adobe.ly/3E4Tg0T

Hope this information will help.

Regards
Amal
