Where is to tools menu?

Every time I look something up (eg. clearing the default on a radio button) the answer looks something like this:

Tools>> Forms>> Preapare Form >> More Options >> Clear Form

I don't know if Acrobat changed it's layout since these answers but I don't see this chain of options.

Tools is a page with a bunh of icons and More Options is not an option.

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2022.1.20169

I did just find I can type Clear Form in the search on the tools page and reach this tool...would be nice to put it on a tool bar or in a menu where I didn't have to do that.
