Hi

I am looking at all adobe products and I am not sure if there is some sort of way to track progress of execution on a construction drawing

whereby, each person would access the document and click on items on the drawings to validate if they have started the installation of an item (say a bracket, glass panel, etc..) and when they have finished it they click

The output would then appear on the drawing to see the status of construction

Thanks

John

Try using color coded comments. Document Geek: Sort Comments by Color, in Acrobat DC! FINALLY!

You could also try "Set Status". And then sort status by comments.

Thanks!

But would that work on a drawing or only on text?

It works on a drawing as well. They changed he highlighter tool awhile back to work on Non-text objects. It may want to run OCR, but it works okay. Give that a whirl.
