White box appearing over PDF. cant do anything

When i'm opening a pdf now there will be about 3 seconds and then this white box appears. nothing loads in it and when i close the white box it closes the whole PDF

I wonder if it is the 'Log into your Adobe account' dialog box that doesn't load/render properly.  If you are able to log in before or after dismissing the empty box, that might avoid this.
