Who are your competitors?

Due to the following reasons I am very disappointed in Acrobat:

The file save menu is only effective for me 30% of the time, just use the conventional file menu and stop trying to change what actually works.

You have a block in my tool bar that says “Check out the new e-sign tool” that I don’t need and is blocking the tools I do need.

You list tools that are “coming soon” in the toolbar?  I’m trying to be productive and my organization has paid handsomely for the right to use the software not to be annoyed by nonexistent features.

When a feature is available but it requires download I ask what was all the crap that I downloaded and installed in the first place?

Today you offer all the irritation of webpage popups and open source software with all of the cost of an enterprise solution.

Now I ask who are your competitors?
