PNGs and JPEGS can be converted to PDF using Acrobat Pro DC. For testing purposes, have you tried other image files? Can you open these images in an image editor? If so, which one?

If you want to attach one of the images in a Reply window, we can take a look at it.

I've moved your post from Using the Community to Acrobat for you.

Where are these files that you are trying to combine? I have run into issues making PDFs from files that are in my OneDrive hot folder.

@Dilaksha

Try combining the files online and let us know if that works:

@Dilaksha

Can you also try signing into Acrobat (upper right) and try again?

If you can create and combine files online, but not with Acrobat after you have signed in, the issue may be with your Acrobat installation.

Did it work before and stop working? Or is it a new installation? You might need to uninstall/reinstall.

I tried to convert your file, with "Combine files" and it seems to work:

My release is slightly newer than yours, so it may be worth doing Help > Check for Updates.
