Question

Why can't I access my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription from my MacBook Air?

I have a MacBook Air and an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription.   When I log in the Adobe.com website, it keeps forcing me to get a free trial even though I am logged in with my Pro account.  When I do say I want a free trial, it gives me a warning that I am trying to upgrade from a Adobe Acrobat Pro account to a Adobe Acrobat Pro account and asks if I want to get a Team account for an additional subscription.   When I try to download the Adobe Acrobat reader to my Mac, it only allows me to download the Adobe Acrobat Pro with a free trial.

Hi @Lawrence28635204s3gr

Hope you are doing well. And sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Your current account shows that you have an active subscription to Acrobat. So it should be running fine.

Since you haven't been able to access or activate it, there's likely a chance that the application isn't synced with the account. Try this:

1- Close Adobe Acrobat. If you have the Creative Cloud desktop app installed, then close that too

2- Now launch Acrobat Pro>click on the Profile icon> Sign Out (if you are already signed in)> Sign Back In

Let us know if that works. If it doesn't, share the screenshot of the error message you get while signing into the app.

Thanks,

Akanchha
