I use HP laptop with Windows 10. I have purchased Acrobat DC -Classic. It worked well for 9 months. Now every time I start Acrobat I get following message- Adobe Application Manager required to start your trial (What trial? I have purchased the product, it is registered on Adobe site. –The validy can be checked any time 24x7). Everyday I download AAM – 76 Mb file.  Then it tells me that I have TRIAL version, which can be used 00 days (what a joke!!!) Again I enter my Sr. No., it asks me to register my product on Adobe site. When I visit Adobe, I find that there is no problem and my account shows Adobe DC Sr. No. purchased by me.

Some time it straight away get the new version of old notorious error 16 saying – Installation problem- IMSLib not found. Acrobat services will not work.

Adobe has no customer care for customers from India, and the email and numbers are dead. I find this very unprofessional and customer care is just a looped sub-routine, as Adobe does not care for customers.

Can Adobe provide AAM or any other software which is stable any will reside on PC to make Acrobat Dc operate uninterrupted?

Very frustrated with Acrobat as I need to waste half an hour in the rigmorale of downloading AAM thousands of times.

Is there any human being in Adobe whom I can talk to? By the way I am not a Robot (Any captcha will prove this).

Hi,

I have not purchased a subscription of creative cloud, but I HAVE A

FULLY PAID ACROBAT DC LICENCE.

It is crazy for Adobe to keep asking me to download AAM every day. I

have to waste 85 MB download, space and more importantly my valuable

working time on daily getting message to uninstall and reinstalled/trial

expired/signin with 00 days trial and so on.

Every time I start the computer, Adobe has the audacity to quitely

remove AAM 10.0 from my laptop, and then tell me that my IMSb lib is

missing/error 16/ signin and all sort of crazy messages.

INEVER KNEW THAT AN INTERNATIONALLY REPUTED COMPANY TREATS CUSTOMERS WHO

HAVE BOUGHT THE PRODUCT WITH FULL ONE TIME PAYMENT LIKE UNAUTHORISED

ONE-TIME USER

PLEASE TAKE UP WITH YOUR MANAGEMENT AND GIVE ME A VERSION WHICH WILL

PERMANETLY BE REGISTERED ON MY PC
