Windows boarder switch to legacy border in Win11 and Win10

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has encountered this problem.

When I opened Acrobat it looked fine as the below shows

However, after a bit of time, whether in the foreground or background, it turns into the Windows legacy border as below.

I'm running an x64 Adobe Acrobat pro on two separate machines, running Win10 Pro and Win11 Pro.

Both machines have Windows and Acrobat upgraded to the newest version.

I've noticed this for at least a year. I wonder how it even happens. The border change is often followed by a program crash for me.

I'm using version 23.003.20215, and this bug is still there.

It is a significant annoyance because everytime the border changes, the window size slightly changes as well.

I wish Adobe will address this issue soon.

I have since updated to the version 23.003.20269.

The issue still persists.

I am also experiencing the same issue with my both desktop pc and Laptop.

It seems to come with one of the latest upgrades, but not quite sure if there is a fix to it.
