Sorry for the delay in response.

Please try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Check if an update is available for Acrobat- click check for udpates under Help menu. You may also download updates manually using this link: Adobe - Acrobat : For Windows , reboot the machine after installing the update and try again.

2- If that doesn't resolve the issue, check if the signature device is updated to the latest version: Windows cryptographic service provider error, error code 2148073485

Also, let us know the dot version of Acrobat Pro installed on the machine: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
