Word to pdf conversion

Hi, I'm having troubles in converting all word docs to pdf (I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC installed on my pc). Basically, when converting my word doc to pdf the end result is a document with badly readable fonts. In addition there are spaces between fonts not included in the original document. I've tried different ways of converting doc to pdf (save as / export / send to) but the problem remains. This is occurring with all types of word document (even a single word page).

Attached you will find a sample page of my "bad" conversion issue.

I am having this problem and continue to be told that I need a valid subscription. I have a valid subscription. This problem has been occurring intermittently for some time now and is most annoying. If it can't be fixed I will need to review the continuation of my subsrcription.

The original post (OP) was about a font issue in the PDF. That would have nothing to do with needing a subscription.

Are you sure it's the same problem as the OP?

If not, you should start a new, separate post.

Thanks for that, my problem was just getting Adobe to work. I have now resolved my problem by signing in and signing out again

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue description that you are unable to convert word to PDF properly. Kindly try some steps in this:

Try converting the file to PDF using the "Create PDF" tool in the Acrobat DC app. How that works?
Which font are you using ?

Kindly check, if the application is updated to the latest version or not.

Hi Harsh,

thank you very much for your reply. I tried using the "Create PDF" tool but did not work either.

I'm sure my Adobe app is updated.

What else do you suggest to solve te problem?

1. Please try a few different fonts, are you getting the same result?

2. Did you check with converting to PDF using Microsoft's PDF converter. Below are the steps for the same:

In MS word select file> export> Create PDF/XPS document

and

Word> file> save a copy> from file type dropdown, select "*.pdf" option and then save.

Let us know if you get any better results.
