Workflow and automatically forwarding a completed agreement

We have a workflow setup to send an agreement to a user for signature.  Once the agreement is signed we'd like a copy of the agreement automatically forwarded to our HR department.  The HR department is not an approver or signer but needs a copy of the completed agreement.  Any ideas how this can be accomplished without having to manually forward each agreement when it's completed.  Thank you very much.
