Working with Adobe Dynamic Stamps

Hello!  I am new to using Adobe Acrobat Pro.  I am trying to learn how to modify exsisting dynamic stamps to be displayed as "Received" by *initials* on mm/dd/yy", where *initials* are predefined by the Adobe user and the mm/dd/yy is the current date.  I have other stamps I would like to also create using these initials and current date features, so once I figure out how to modify this stamp perfectly I will be able to apply those procedures to future stamps (working in accounting and coding payables/invoices).

Any help on how I can go about altering this dynamic stamp file would be much appreciated!  This snip is of the original Adobe dynamic "Received" stamp file with the text field properties window open.  I do not know JavaScript, and after fiddling around with it some (I'm learning Excel VBA currently) I still couldn't figure it out.  Thanks!
