User has WORK SANS installed in windows fonts. When they open a PDF or create a new one and try to add/edit text only WORK SANS 'thin' is available. We have confirmed that WORK SANS full list is embeded within the document and that the 'use local fonts' option is enabled. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
