Hi there,
I have raised this issue with the customer support with Adobe since yesterday for the whole afternoon and now the whole morning. But still i was asked to raised it in the forum.
Repeating my self again for the 10th time.
I subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack wherein i need to export PDF to word document but the messages I keep on getting is "You've reached your daily limit" why?
I have tried to clear the cache and cookies still the same.
I have tried to use different browser, still the same.
I have tried to change the provider of internet, still the same.
I need help asap or I will then cancel my subscription due to the issue that Adobe would not be able to fix the problem and is requiring me to upgrade to the higher subscription wherein I do not require.
Do apologise on how i am writing because not in the good mood anymore on how i was being passed from one group to the other and promised someone to call me to assist but nothing happened.
Thanks.
Edward

Hi Edwardl,
Apologies for the delay in response and the trouble caused, as described above, you are experiencing issues while exporting the PDF to Word, correct?
We checked the details and you have an active subscription of the Adobe PDF Pack, so you would be able to export the PDF to Word easily.
We need some more information:
If it still doesn't work,
Please try to export the PDF to Word online here -https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/
Let us know if that works for you
Regards,
Amal
