I just had to type this out, cause I can't easily explain it, which makes finding a FAQ impossible.  When I open Adobe Acrobat XI, I can functionally change any of the veiw settings for the .pdf that is open with no problem.  My problem is that the app itself seems to be set to some odd accessibilty option, but the font is HUGE!!  So huge that I can't access any of the option screens, or if I can, I can't get to any of the buttons/options themselves to save anything.  I've attached a picture in the hopes that it speaks even a few words more intelligently than I have.  Untitled.png

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

Would like to inform you that Acrobat XI is an old and unsupported application. You may experience some issues while using it with the latest OS versions as it is never tested on them. Thanks,

Thank you so much for the quick response!!  I updated the server on which the remote desktops live, which is where the XI lives, and the issue did go away!  While I have you, and obviously if you need to send me somewhere else, I get it, but is it possible to upgrade from XI or must XI go away and I'll have to put a new pro version on the server?

Glad to know that the issue is resolved for you.

I am afraid to say that there is no upgrade from Acrobat XI. However, you may get in touch with the sales team and check for more information about this. You may reach out to the team via the number provided for your region on the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html.

We suggest users use the latest version of the application to get security updates and new features.

Let us know if we can be of any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
