zum gemeinsamen kommentieren senden

ich nutze diese funktion und ein Netzlaufwerk. seit einer woche kann aber kein dokuemnt erstellt werden. es kommt immer die meldung: dokuemnt kann nicht gespeichert werden. auch wenn die datei auf die festplatte gespeichert werden soll. habt ihr eine idee, woran das liegen könnte?

    Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

    I believe you are referring to "Send for commenting." Do you receive this message "document could not be saved" when sharing the file for commenting or saving the same file?

    Would you mind elaborating on your workflow, please?

     

    Meanwhile, if you are using the Adobe Acrobat desktop app for shared commenting. Then please try sending the same file using a web interface https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/tools/

    yes right, the saving is the problem. the solution for this was to install the latest update: AcrobatDCUpd2200320310.msp
    for security reasons we cannot distribute our documents via a web address, but use an internal network drive for this purpose
