A special character showing up in every line in acrobat reader but didnt show in Foxit id pdf reader

pls see picture below. how to get rid of that 'l' in the Acrobat? Thx in advance

Please share the file in question. It's probably text that appears beyond the trim box, or something like that.

here is it. i edited the file but the 'l' still there when using acrobat. using foxit dont have

Would you mind sharing the Adobe Acrobat Reader version you are using? To check the version, go to Help > About Acrobat and ensure you have the recent version installed.

To check the updates, Go to Help > Check for updates.

i used online pdf to doc converter, it does not have anything at the end of line... so acrobat is the one giving issue...any help pls..coz most user using Acrobat. TQ
