Access Denied

I registered a new Adobe account (free) and activate through email.

But I cannot sign in the Acrobat Reader app (free) on Windows 10 PC or iOS neither.

Here is the error message:

I tried to contact the real-time chat support, but it redirected me to the forum.

Please help me. Thanks.

Hello Siqing,

The Acrobat.com services are not available in your Geolocation i.e. China. And this is the reason you are getting the access denied message/error.

Hello Anand,

I changed my Adobe ID country from China to UK, even I used an VPN to connect. But still get an answer of Access Denied.

Is there any way to help me with that?

Hello Effiecheng,

The Acrobat.com services are not available in your Geolocation i.e. China. And this is the reason you are getting the access denied message/error after changing the country from China to the  UK.
