I encountered a problem that when I log in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, I am always be denied.

Hi All,
Sorry to hear about the trouble. As mentioned, do you get this error only when Signing In the application or during launch as well?
If you can manage to launch the Adobe Reader DC, then try to make a small change in Reader's preferences setting.
Navigate to, Adobe Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>under Sandbox Protections> Uncheck "Enable Protected Mode at Startup" >OK> close Reader and reopen it.
Note: Changing the above security settings could pose security risks. We suggest you to turn it back On once you are done with testing.
Let us know if an manage to log In in Adobe Reader.
