Attach <Module in preferences - not showing up for attachment .  

Have installed Adobe Reader on my MacBook Pro 2,3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, Ventura 13.7.4. Trying to add PKCS#11 Modules so I can sign legal document. Options for "Attach module", "Detach module" and "Refresh" are in light gray color and not operative. Tried to fix the problem with support of Certilia in Croatia, but they told me that this is Adobe issue on Mac OS with latest update and quit a lot of users having same issue for apx. last 50 days. Can You help?

In New Acrobat Reader interface, the option Menu → Preferences → Page Display → Always show document page size doesn’t work properly:1. If the option is Checked, the following bug happens:→ the page size and horizontal scroll bar to the bottom doesn’t reach the left side of the screen if Fit to width, Fit height, or Actual size view modes are selected (see screenshot below);→ manually choosing custom view modes (50%, 200%, etc.) eliminates the bug and make the page size and horizontal scroll bar reach the left side of the screen properly.2. When clicking on the "use a certificate" menu option under tools, all of the options underneath are greyed out and I cannot select any of them to create a box for a digital signature. I'm fairly certain all of the correct certificates are where they're supposed to be on my laptop, not sure if its something I'm missing in the Adobe app itself? I've had no issues signing PDFs with this certificate in the past or with filling out PDFs. I'm just not able to create a signature block??  

Having a hell of a time figuring out which installer to use for a 64 bit adobe reader deployment via intune win32 app. I located a good process at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVAADl2J65Y for the 32 bit version, but I cant find an offline 64 bit installer that will let me extract the MSI from it.  Why is this so absurdly challenging?!

How do I remove the "Create" from the tob tab bar? I keep hitting it when trying to move documents to another screen etc. and I never create pdfs that way. And while I'm here, I HATE the new update. The zoom and page numbers in the bottom right is annoying AF!!!  Plus, having all the tools pop up to the LEFT with TONS of extra space and absolutly random 'emojis' is absurd. *steps off soap box* So any assistance with removing the "Create" from the top tab or any of the other updates, is greatly appreciated. 

The issue is: When I set text style in a comment to superscript, Adobe displays it as subscript in the comments column.So 5superscript2 would save as 5subscript2. When I open the comment, it displays correctly on screen (5superscript2), but when saved it shows as 5subscript2 in the comments column.[Unsurprisingly I cannot format superscripts/subscripts or in this post either, so had to use text to describe them!]  Is this a widespread problem with Adobe Acrobat Reader 2024.004.20243?Will Adobe ever fix it?

Windows 11 machines, the C:\Windows\Installer folder gets dozens of 1gb .msi files every month? They keep downloading to the folder and never disappear. Some machines have filled up over 300gb of these files hitting that folder.  Any idea what might cause it? It's not a folder we can just willy nilly delete stuff from...any ideas?

The exception unknown software exception (0xc06d007e) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFB064F483A."The address is inside KERNELBASE.dll. Windows logs it as System Event ID 26 (18 times on 4 Oct, 7 on 23 Sep, more since). It happens with several different PDFs. The document still opens and works normally. ALREADY TRIED (none fixed it)1. Help > Repair Installation (succeeded, MsiInstaller 11728)2. Full uninstall (MsiInstaller 11724), user preferences removed (HKCU and AppData Adobe\Acrobat\DC), clean reinstall from the offline installer AcroRdrDCx642600221931_en_US.exe (MsiInstaller 11707)3. Hi all-Our office recently installed Acrobat DC and we are becoming more familiar with it as we go... For me, I receive large scanned document files that I have to read, highlight, redact, sometimes edit and comment. I am able to use the highlight tool fairly easily, but is there a way to highlight in a straight line, rather than to have the shake of a hand make my document look unprofessional?  The highlighter gives me a circle for a cursor and it does not hug the text line at all. Any help is appreciated.ThanksFrank

I work with medical billing documents regularly, so I often have to review and organize a large number of PDF files.I’m curious how other Acrobat Reader users keep their documents manageable when there are many files to review. Naming files properly and keeping folders organized helps, but I’m always interested in finding simpler ways to work with PDFs.What Acrobat Reader features or habits help you most when dealing with a large number of documents?I’d especially like to hear tips for searching, reviewing, organizing, or sharing PDFs efficiently.

The linked pdf file was created in latex, and displays correctly (with the dark blue blackboard background) in Acrobat. However, the background disappears in Reader.https://www.motionmountain.net/Quantum_2025.pdf AI does not help.How can one solve the situation? 

How do I stop my apps from converting files to .25 files? For example, when I save a PDF from Excel using the file name "Estimate, 02.05.25" the .25 in the file name converts the file from a PDF to a .25 file instead. I can't figure out how to stop this from happening or has anyone else experienced this as well? 

I want to prevent Adobe from automatically opening PDF files I download from Microsoft Edge.  The suggested solution is to use CTRL+K to open Preferences and then uncheck the box titled  “Always open PDFs downloaded from the web”.  However, the screenshot below shows that this option does not exist for me at all.  Please help. 

I use Adobe Printer as my default PDF printer, but as soon as I print a document the Adobe Printer’s default paper size settings revert back to “letter” in stead of staying on A4 after it was saved. 

Is it possible to split PDF files withAcrobat Reader? If yes, I would like to know if there is a feature that allowsto name each file automatically while splitting the files.  For example, if I have a file of 10 pages ( which contains invitation with names of10 different persons) and I split each page to one file (total of 10 PDF files- one file for each person) and I would like for each file to be named by the person'sname, is there a customized feature that can assist with naming each PDF file(instead if numbering each PDF file)? 

OK, this is getting no response at all from Adobe, so I am going to ask this question again as, while one of the 2 other posts on this subject says “answered” it is NOT answered. So, I am going to open a 3rd post on this subject to see if someone at Adobe will care to comment. ALL of the links in Reader open in Edge and not the default browser (Chrome in my case). When I say all, I mean even the help links like the link I opened to get to this forum (yes, I’m in edge now just trying to get the real answer) and the one in the image below:And yes, I have tried EVERYTHING referenced in all the attempts to fix this when you Google the issue. NOTHING fixes this “bug”, but surely someone out there knows how to fix this so we can all get on with life. Thanks - John

9/24前後より、タイトルの現象が頻発している。インストールの修復や、保護の無効化といった事は試したものの解消せず。そこで検証のため、インストール済みのReader(バージョン2026.002.21931)をクリーナーツールを使用して削除。プログラムと機能でもアプリが削除されたことが確認できたが、少し時間経過でReader 32bit版のインストーラーが立ち上がりインストールを試みることが判明 サービスを確認すると、他の製品は使用していないため本来であれば削除されているAdobeUpdateserviceが残っておりこのサービスが繰り返し更新プログラムのインストールを試みているように感じるが、タイミング的にセキュリティアップデート付近ということから、同様のトラブル報告はありませんか？また、解消する場合、どのような対応で復旧しますか。 環境　Win11（25H2）、セキュリティソフト Trendmicro社ApexOne
