Hi zachs48052750,

Sorry for taking so long to respond.

As per the description of the issue mentioned above, you are unable to sign in in the Sign in window, getting black lines when trying to print pdf and presented with a window to select the theme every time you open a pdf, is that correct?

Could you please confirm if you are you still experiencing the issue?

If you are referring to Acrobat Reader, you can hover the mouse over the Reader's icon in the taskbar to get the Sign in window to the top.

You can also drag the Sign in window by left-click(don't release the left-click) at the top border of the Window.

just updated and pdf printing black lines instead of text.

Try repairing Acrobat Reader by clicking "Repair Installation" under Help menu and see if that resolves the issue.

If not, try printing pdf as image: under Print dialogue>click Advanced>check the box Print as Image>click OK and try again.

Could you please confirm Acrobat Reader version installed on the machine?

To do so, launch Reader>click Help>select About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Please refer to the troubleshooting steps given in this link: Re: Reader DC -- "Pick your color theme" Pop-up occurs EVERY time program is launched.

Keep us posted with the results.

Thanks,

Shivam
