O meu app do adobe não está acesso a rede mesmo o computador possuindo acessado, gostaria de saber como solucionar este problema, Já tentei ver no firewall, e em outras configurações mas tudo demonstra estar normal.

When you say the Adobe app is not accessing the network, does this mean it's not connecting to the internet/
Do you get any error messages while trying to connect to the network/ How did you recognize that it has trouble connecting to the network? Please elaborate on this a bit more to understand the issue.
