My adobe app is not accessing the network even though the computer has access, I would like to know how to solve this problem. I've tried to see in the firewall, and in other configurations but everything seems to be normal.
When I try to log in, this message appears, like the one attached, I have already tried to do other options that are on the site but I could not solve anything.

If the above suggestion does not work, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat Reader from the following page: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.
