Not sure if this is the right place to post this question, if it's not please guide me to the right community channel. I just installed the MS Teams Acrobat reader app to test it before it's made available to everyone in our organization and found that I am able to see all of the most recent files accessed by everyone in my organization. How is that possible? How can I prevent this from happening? we don't want all employees to see everyone else's files.
Also, do users require a license from Adobe to use the Teams app? Another user who also installed to test is not able to sign-in to Adobe when prompted, says he does not have access to this service.
