Acrobat DC no longer showing full Fill and Sign toolbar on PDF forms

Before I was able to see the fill Fill and Sign Toolbar with Acrobat DC (as seen in image) when using fillable PDFs.

No I only see B and C in the tool bar.

How do I get the full toolbar again? I really need to use the buttons in A.

You will see the A buttons when you open a file without form fields.

It used to to work with Fillable forms before, can I please have this fuctionality again? Or what version did they remove it so I can revert back to that?

Such a version doesn't exists.
