Acrobat DC Reader Online View Displaying blank pages

New Here ,
Mar 06, 2019 Mar 06, 2019

I upgraded to Acrobat DC today. When anyone opens a review as a guest, some pages are blanked out in the online view. However, if they download the file locally, the pages are not blank.

My reviewers are all going to review my docs as guests and they need to have access to all of the PDF content from the online view because if they make comments on the local copy, no one else will be able to see their comments.

Please help as this is a major headache for me and my reviewers.

By "online view", do you mean opening in a browser by clicking on a link? If so, this could be a hard (if not impossible) one to fix. If they are viewing them in their browser, they may not be using Adobe Acrobat or Reader at all. Some browsers use their own pdf plug-ins so, no guarantees. The only assurance you have is if they download the file and open in Adobe Acrobat or Reader.

If that's not what you mean, can you give us more details? What is your definition of "online view" and "guest" would be a good start.
