Acrobat PDF Printer Not Working – Need Help!

Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble with the Acrobat PDF printer. Every time I try to print to PDF, it either doesn't respond or gives me an error message. I’ve tried reinstalling Acrobat and checking my printer settings, but nothing seems to work.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please share the following.
- Your exact workflow like you are trying to print on a physical printer from Adobe Acrobat or you are using another application and trying to create a PDF via Adobe PDF printer. If latter, which application? Also, is it the same from all applications?
- Is the issue happening for all files or a set of few files?
- Please capture logs from https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html and share it to me for further debugging.

It happens when trying to use that virtual printer from any of the Adobe programs.
