Acrobat Reader/Acrobat Pro unable to install premium features

I have recently been unable to access my Adobe Acrobat Pro software on Windows 11. Following some suggestions online I installed an older version of Adobe Acrobat, but now I am unable to install the premium features that I have a licence for.

I start the installation of the premium features but at around 30% it bombs out and closes Adobe altogether.

Very frustrating.

Anyone else have a similar experience or advice on this?

Hi @FarberSA

Apologies for the trouble you had using Acrobat. If you have an Acrobat subscription, please download and install Acrobat from this location https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Also, to understand the issue better that you are facing upgrading to Acrobat, could you please share AdobeARM.log file from the following location on your machine.

C:\Users\<Your user name on the machine>\AppData\Local\Temp

Regards

Ravi

Hi Ravi

Thank you for responding.

I uninstalled my "older version" of Adobe and followed your suggestion.

After installation I am again *unable *to open the application.

This was the log this morning (or is there any other time that you
specifically need to see):

Here is the most recent one (before uninstall and reinstall)

Any advice would be appreciated as now I am once again without Adobe and
will need to find someone to assist me to install an older version.

Regards

Ancia
